bead organization

This is one of my pride and joy pieces at our home. I have been blessed with such sweet parents giving me this vintage letter closet ( no idea what you call it in english) to store beads and material for my other business. It´s a closet with many flat drawers for lead letters that they used for making newspapers. U probably have seen a drawer mounted on a wall with little figurines in it. Well this is the complete thing. We painted it white so it would look better in our decor.

So happy to have everything organized!

Fairy tales do come true - walk in closet

Have you seen the sign above the door? I absolutely love well organized closets. This gives me a dose of inspiration to takle mine this weekend. I want to fit in to my old clothes so badly after the pregnancy, so this will motivate me to eat healthy and continue to work out whenever I can.

It's cold outside - reorganize your closet

It's cold here and for the first time this year I felt I had goosebumps and had to wear vests and scarfs to keep me warm.  Autumn is coming, although I love summer, I kind of like autums as you can snug up the sofa with a hot cup of coco and cover yourself with a soft blanket, reading your favorite decorating magazines. It made me realize, when I get back home I have to re-organize my closet, all the summer clothes and shoes have to be stored. Did you do yours already?

My jewelry display

As my jewelry and bijouterie quantity was growing, I needed more space to display them.
An the wall of my closet is a frame, so I easily see what i have to wear.
It´s true that if you don´t display your jewelry, you most likely forget about it and not wear it.

I almost had my jaw dropped by the post of Erica from Moth Design, she has such a well organized closet, and I found her framed bag wall wonderfull, I thought the frames were especially made to fit the bags but she wrote that they were from Ikea!

Get your closet organized

Have you all had a horrortastic Halloween? Now it´s time to save your outfit for next year and organize your closet. That is what I have been doing this past weekend.
I had 5 garbage bags full of old clothes wich I have saved for if we were going to paint the house again or other DIY proyects, but now I had more old clothes than proyects and it was time to throw it away or donate what was in good shape.
