My jewelry display

As my jewelry and bijouterie quantity was growing, I needed more space to display them.
An the wall of my closet is a frame, so I easily see what i have to wear.
It´s true that if you don´t display your jewelry, you most likely forget about it and not wear it.

Love or not - Peacock mirror

First time I ever saw a peacock mirror was in the Domino book, Jonathan Adler´s foyer. These mirrors have been all over the blogs, but still it intrigues me.

And then later when seeing the the movie when Carrie met Aidan in Dubai

They are available here

What do you think, do you love to have a peacock mirror or not?

Our guest for this week

This is Teagan, she is our guest in the house because her mummy and daddy are on a well deserved vacation. She is tiny, but has a big caracter and she needs a lot of love and affection.

She keeps me good company in my office and she makes sure the mailman thinks twice before ringing the bell.

A cup of may in Adore magazine

Hi everyone, I feel a lot better!  My Beau Boyfriend took such good care of me, lucky to have such a great guy in my life.
This sunday I was able to paint the bedsidetable that I found a few months ago, i painted it white and have to add some gold ring pulls. When it´s finished I will dedicate a post about this latest DIY.
I have discovered yet another sweet blog, A Cup of Mai.
This talented lady has a gorgeous bedroom that was published on Adore´s lastest issue, called Mai´s budget makeover.

she cooks yummy dishes

she makes delicious cocktails

and she likes to paint her nails in pretty colours
I am so amazed by the images she makes for her blog, they are of such good quality.
Being a blogger is one thing, being a good photographer changes everything.
I am going to try to make some of her dishes.
want know more about Mai, visit her blog A cup of Mai.
Now I am going to check out the rest of Adore magazine....

new blog discovery

Every week a new blog catches my eye, well new is the wrong word here as these bloggers were blogging way before my time, but to me they are new, and I am like a child with a cookie jar.
For me new is luxe and lillies, I have been admiring the posts and pictures, very yummy.

Back home

Sorry for not posting these days, hope you had a great weekend!
My beau boyfriend took me on a trip and we spend friday till monday out.
Monday was a national holiday here in Spain, at least that what I thought it was until I received some phone calls from customers from the south of Spain, who were working.
To give you an idea how lazy my weekend was, here is a pic I took with my Iphone.
We stayed in one of Spain many Paradores. Paradores are mostly castles and other historic buildings
that they turned into hotels and to have a lovely stay and enjoy their ancient history.
Have a look on their Parador website. Think about visiting at least one whenever you are going to visit Spain.
During our trips visiting nearby villages we can across many pilgrims who were walking the Camino de Santiago.
It was a great weekend with good food and a lot of sun bathing.
