changes

It's  funny how I can write a blog about decorating and personal things in my life, and come to the conclusion that I have changed so much personally. Almost a year has passed by, now both kids can walk and they are not baby's anymore, the time has come that I have to better my own Beau Lifestyle.
I have waken up, and started on a new journey that includes dedication and hard work at the gym, good nutrition, caring more for the enviroment and  having a minimalistic lifestyle.
My goal is to be the best person I can be, Better body, better mind, better everything.
Changes are in the air... I can feel it.
